Job Description - Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for an Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions in Dubai. This is a full-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and confident, with strong decision-making and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide them with assistance and support in a professional and efficient manner - Assist customers with inquiries, service issues, and other concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Utilize a variety of tools and resources to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals - Stay updated on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent
