Online Call Center Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Online Call Center Representative to join our team at Dubai Internet City in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Making outgoing calls to follow up with customers, answer questions, and provide assistance - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Promoting products and services to customers and encouraging sales - Documenting all customer interactions in a detailed and accurate manner - Working collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude - Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - People management and leadership skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
