Online Chat Support Officer

At US Foods Holding, we are currently seeking a motivated Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through online chat and email communication - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - Confident and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using online chat systems and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
