Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

The Online Client Service Manager at J.M. Smucker will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients through various online channels. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients through online platforms - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Analyze data and metrics to track client engagement and retention rates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the online client experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in online client service management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional client service - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
