Job Description:
As an Online Client Service Officer at Telephone & Data Systems, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online communication channels. Your main objective will be to ensure that clients receive timely and accurate information, support, and resolution to their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and requests through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and offer solutions to client problems. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations for process enhancements. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients. 7. Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and empathy. 8. Utilize technology and digital platforms to streamline processes and enhance client interactions. 9. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment. 2. Confident and dedicated personality with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. 3. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients to build rapport and trust. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving client issues. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
