Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Online Client Service Officer to join our team at Gilead Sciences in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven and have excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to our online clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide support via online platforms. 2. Assist clients with product information, orders, and troubleshooting any issues. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any negative experiences or trends. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strategic planning and decision-making skills. 5. Driven and energetic personality traits. 6. Proficient in using online platforms and CRM software.
