Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

As an Online Client Service Specialist at Eastman Chemical in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. 2. Provide product information and technical support to clients. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 4. Manage client orders, payments, and shipping logistics. 5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote long-term partnerships. 6. Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive client engagement and sales. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to provide valuable insights to clients. 8. Conduct online training sessions and product demonstrations for clients. 9. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online client experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in online client service or customer service role. 3. Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Highly driven and motivated to exceed client expectations. 5. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 6. Strong planning and organizational skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry is a plus.
