Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a dedicated Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in client support or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are reliable and resourceful, with excellent persuasion and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online client support through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 3. Proactively engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve processes. 5. Monitor client feedback and communicate insights to the team for continuous improvement. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide exceptional client service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in online client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online support tools. 6. Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics is a plus. 7. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
