Job Description - Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Harley-Davidson is looking for a dynamic Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and resourcefulness.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the online support process. 6. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives to enhance the customer support experience. 7. Adapt to changing business needs and technologies to meet evolving customer demands.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 4. Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. 5. Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online support tools. 7. Energetic and resourceful attitude towards work.
