Job Description:
Ashland is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer support and gain valuable experience in a global company.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating through our online platform. 3. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client concerns. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in all interactions. 5. Continuously improve and update knowledge of Ashland's products and services to better assist clients.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. 2. Attention to detail and strong time management skills to handle multiple client inquiries efficiently. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. 5.
