Job Description:
Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The Online Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Process customer requests such as policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries - Educate customers on products and services offered by Liberty Mutual Insurance Group - Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care - Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills and ability to multitask - Adaptability to changing environments and technologies - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer care tools
