Job Description:
The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange is seeking a dynamic and driven Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to online users through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and transaction processing. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and data in the company database. 5. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets in areas such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to remain composed under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Comfortable using various online platforms and software. 4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 5. Able to work well in a team environment and independently. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
