Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles and possess strong research and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide accurate information regarding products or services. 3. Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance the overall customer experience. 4. Utilize customer feedback to improve processes and services. 5. Monitor online platforms for customer reviews and address any concerns or feedback. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide innovative solutions to customer inquiries. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Support the team with additional tasks as needed to meet customer service goals.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
