Job Description:
Southwest Airlines is seeking a full-time Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a passion for providing excellent customer service is a must. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, a natural leader, and a strong problem-solver.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking and modifying flights, as well as resolving any issues that may arise during the booking process - Provide support and guidance to customers navigating our website and mobile app - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle customer complaints with empathy and strive to find a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved - Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our online customer support processes
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using computers and software programs - Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
