We are seeking a reliable and passionate Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Illinois Tool Works in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the online customer support team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the online customer support team to provide timely and effective assistance to customers through various digital channels - Develop and implement customer support strategies and policies to enhance the overall customer experience - Monitor customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalations in a timely manner - Analyze customer support data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Provide training and professional development opportunities for the customer support team - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in online customer support or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple priorities - Experience managing a team and driving results - Proficiency in CRM systems and online customer support tools
