Job Description - Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:


Emirates Group is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide assistance and resolve issues promptly and effectively. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. 3. Analyze customer trends and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the online chat support process. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction. 5. Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for handling sensitive customer information and ensuring data security.


Requirements: 1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills, with a focus on achieving common goals and objectives. 4. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and customer feedback to drive improvements in the online chat support process. 5. Passion for customer service and a dedication to providing exceptional support to every customer interaction.
