Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Online Support Assistant to join our team at Altria Group in Dubai. As an Online Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers through various online platforms. Your main objective will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 4. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers. 5. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions. 6. Assisting in the development and implementation of customer support strategies and initiatives. 7. Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 8. Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues that require additional support.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. 4. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace. 5. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 6. Strong people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms.
