Job Description:
We are seeking an Online Support Assistant to join our team at Broadcom in Abu Dhabi. As an Online Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online users. This role requires a passion for helping others, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to different situations.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. - Provide timely and accurate information to users regarding our products and services. - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer problems. - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. - Assist in creating and updating online support content for users. - Monitor online forums and communities to address user concerns and feedback. - Work closely with the technical team to escalate and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. - Adaptability to changing situations and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with users and colleagues. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
