Online Support Associate

Job Description:

Tech Data is seeking a passionate and confident Online Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent planning and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in the development of support materials and resources for customers - Contribute to team goals and KPIs to ensure departmental success

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent planning and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
