Online Support Representative

Etihad Airways is currently seeking a dedicated Online Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the airline industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms - Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Keep up-to-date with Etihad Airways policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong critical thinking skills to assess and resolve customer issues effectively - Persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and provide solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
