Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Computer Sciences is seeking a Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Support Manager will be responsible for leading a team of support staff, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and assistance. This role requires a reliable and passionate individual with excellent communication skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and present reports to senior management on support team performance and customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategic plans to meet support team goals and objectives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a support management role - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Presentation and strategic planning skills - Equal opportunity employer
