Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Boston Scientific is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry Level Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our remote customers, troubleshooting issues, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with customers' devices. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system. 5. Provide proactive support by identifying and resolving potential issues before they occur. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive support experience. 8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve technical skills.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a technical support role. 2. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong planning and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
