Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a Remote Support Specialist at Macy's in Abu Dhabi, AE, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to remote customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software 3. Provide guidance and support to customers on using Macy's online platforms 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner 5. Collaborate with other support team members to solve complex technical issues 6. Stay up-to-date on Macy's products and services to provide accurate information to customers 7. Uphold Macy's customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction 8. Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a technical support role 2. Confident and passionate about helping customers solve problems 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills 4. Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 6. Familiarity with remote support tools and software 7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
