Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a motivated and resourceful Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai on a full-time basis. This position allows for remote work from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for all support inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions - Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets and emails - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team - Assist in the onboarding process for new users - Document and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems - Provide support during software deployments and upgrades - Utilize effective communication skills to relay information to stakeholders - Manage relationships with third-party vendors for support services

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar support role - Strong communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Experience with help desk software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
