Job Description - Web Chat Manager

The Web Chat Manager at Entergy in Dubai will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the web chat team, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat queues to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat response times and customer satisfaction - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Train and onboard new chat agents, providing ongoing coaching and feedback


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 6+ years of experience in web chat management - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service - Experience with analysis and reporting tools - Ability to thrive in a changing environment
