As a Web Chat Manager at Reynolds American in Dubai, your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing the daily operations of the web chat team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. You will be responsible for monitoring chat conversations, providing feedback and coaching to team members, and developing strategies to improve chat response times and overall customer experience.
In addition, as a Mid-to-Senior Level Web Chat Manager, you will be expected to analyze chat data, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize chat performance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement chat enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement in chat operations.
To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management, with a strong background in customer service, e-commerce, or digital marketing. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a proven track record of managing people and projects. You must have a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
