Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Sonic Automotive is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online chat platform, managing the team of chat agents, and ensuring excellent customer service through our web chat system.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat activity, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise - Train and mentor chat agents to ensure they are providing accurate and timely information to customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat channel - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Reliable and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service tools
