Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Dollar General in Dubai, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a related role, you will be responsible for managing our web chat operations to provide exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives who handle web chat inquiries from customers - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies and procedures - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of the products and services we offer - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our web chat operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in managing web chat operations in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and leadership abilities - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment - Persuasive and able to influence others to achieve team goals
