Remote Web Chat Manager

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a confident and dedicated Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing the company's web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat platform - Monitor and analyze web chat interactions to identify opportunities for improvement - Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to align web chat efforts with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Maintain accurate records of web chat interactions and performance metrics - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience in web chat management or customer service - Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in web chat software and CRM systems
