Web Chat Representative

Job Description: Airgas is seeking a reliable and energetic Web Chat Representative to join our team in Dubai. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to answer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Document customer interactions and keep accurate records of conversations - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management - Utilize company resources to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic - Basic knowledge of computer systems and software - Must be eligible to work in Dubai, AE
