Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Broadcom is seeking a reliable and resourceful Web Chat Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via web chat to provide support, assistance, and information on products and services. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary. 3. Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges. 4. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 5. Innovate new strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat support system. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role. 2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. 3. Ability to think critically, solve problems, and multitask effectively. 4. Strong computer skills and familiarity with live chat software or CRM systems. 5. Must be reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
