Tractor Supply is looking for a motivated and reliable Web Chat Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions with our customers. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by Tractor Supply - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and common issues

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Reliable and resourceful - Presentation and innovation skills - No prior experience required
