Job Description - SALES AGENT- FEMALES ONLY

The primary duty of a Sales Agent is to promote a medical center products or services through excellent customer service.
They welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure customer have a pleasant experience in the center.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Actively seek out customers in center
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Cross sell and up sell products
Handle returns of services and products
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with customers
