We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist who will be instrumental in establishing the brand presence and driving sales growth in the jewellery industry in the UAE. Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our jewellery collections across various channels such as website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and strategic partnerships. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, offering detailed product information, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for every customer. • Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that match their individual style preferences and needs. • Proactively arrange and conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase our offerings and cultivate lasting relationships. • Contribute to the visual merchandising of our store to enhance product presentation and capture customer attention. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed sales targets through coordinated efforts. • Stay updated on jewellery trends, competitor activities, market demands, and emerging opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Requirements: • Minimum of 4 years of experience within the jewellery sales and marketing domain, particularly in a retail setting. • Proficiency in digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and content marketing, with a demonstrated track record of achieving results. • Must have a valid UAE driving license • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. • Self-motivated individual with a passion for surpassing targets and driving business growth. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
