Job Description - Sales and Reservations Executive

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • travel agent experience, ideally in ticketing / reservations - this is mandatory. Previous Amadeus experience highly desirable. and Website ticket issuance .Ticketing software & Holiday Packages
  • Superior communication, negotiation and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for customer service.
  • A flexible approach and the ability to manage changing priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Well-disciplined with the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team with a "can-do" attitude that supports company standards and products.
  • Must be able to work on a Process and manage reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on available options, including pricing, schedules, and accommodations.
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable travel options based on their preferences and budget. Issue tickets and confirmations promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies during the ticketing process.
  • Handle modifications, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Mandatory on daily sales visits cooperates houses, recruiting agencies other travel related agency.
  • Provide assistance with booking changes, special requests, and other customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant documentation requirements and company procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • The Travel executive will manage day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer service, optimize processes, and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers. This role requires a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Handle travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring all aspects of the trip are organized and documented.
  • Solve any travel-related problems or changes that may arise before or during the trip.
  • Meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience (2 years’ Experience) – U.A.E sales & Ticketing Experience with UAE Driving license will be an added advantage
  • Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Agent, with a proven track record in designing complex travel itineraries.
  • Extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel markets, with a focus on luxury and bespoke travel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a like Hindi & Tamil plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • A passion for travel and an enthusiasm for learning about new destinations and travel products.
