Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have proven sales management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a valid UAE driver's license. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving sales growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and increase market share in the FMCG sector.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem resolution.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG industry in the UAE.
- License: Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

- Proficient in sales analysis and forecasting.
