Job Description - Senior Data Analyst

Develop a unified view of member shopping behaviors and member engagement end-to-end performance.
Increase the productivity of MUSE loyalty operations by harnessing data to simplify, improve UX, automate, reduce errors, and accelerate time-to-value.
Generate actionable insights from data and champion their use to drive value.
Predict and forecast potential outcomes, to support our core stream of marketing, benefits and experiences, operations, and training proactivity.
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize productivity, next best action, value, and ultimately customer delight.
Identify new opportunities and business use cases to generate value.
Work with the core data team to operationalize and deliver impact through data products.
Champion the growth of trustworthy data critical to unearthing previously unknown behaviors which aid ongoing MUSE business operations.
