Job Description - Senior Manager Customer Experience

Job Description

To comply with country regulations, we are looking for UAE talent to fill this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop & implement the Priority Banking customer experience strategies in UAE to rigorously construct a unique offering that resonates and differentiate customer interaction, engagement and rewards/benefits of these segments from personal banking benefits clearly
  • Lead Priority Banking customer experience initiatives to ensure that the key projects and initiatives are aligned to business priorities and requirements.
  • Monitor and keep abreast of changing trends in the market and explore business opportunities. Identify ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements to identify new business opportunities in terms of enhancing the customer experience beyond our competitors.
  • Engage Internal departments, and Priority banking Units to drive the initiatives and projects at bank level.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ Degree or Post Graduate or Professional Certification
  • Experience in UAE in banking industry with team management experience.
  • Experience either in branch operations or Customer Experience strategic projects.
