Job Summary: The Sales Representative base in Dubai with experience in wholesale and retail in the lighting industry of GCC is responsible for driving sales, establishing strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients, and expanding market presence within the lighting sector. This role involves leveraging experience in both wholesale and retail settings to effectively promote lighting products and meet sales targets across various channels in the GCC market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in both wholesale and retail segments of the lighting industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with wholesale and retail clients in the GCC market.
Execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and maximize profitability.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers, retail store owners, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct regular visits to wholesale and retail clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and address any concerns.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Showcase lighting products to wholesale and retail clients through product demonstrations, presentations, and samples.
Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications to drive sales and increase product awareness.
Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and sales support, to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
Track and monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to management.
Conduct market research to identify potential wholesale and retail clients, competitors, and opportunities in GCC lighting industry.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred with Minimum 2 year of sales experience in wholesale and retail of lighting industry .
Strong understanding of wholesale and retail sales processes, including client acquisition, relationship management, and order fulfilment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with lighting products, market trends, and industry regulations in the UAE.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is a plus.
Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Multilingual skills and cultural awareness are a plus.
