Job Description - Service Engineer - Digital Printing

Install and configure digital printing equipment to meet customer specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair digital printing equipment, identifying and resolving technical issues.
Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of digital printing equipment.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Perform regular maintenance and preventive maintenance on digital printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital printing technology and industry trends.
Provide feedback to product development teams on equipment performance and customer needs.
Assist in the development of service manuals and troubleshooting guides for digital printing equipment.
Travel to customer sites as needed to perform on-site repairs and installations.
