To provide a professional and effective soft service to the Facilities Management Team in Luxurious / VIP controlled office facility includes, Housekeeping, Deep Cleaning, catering, Pest Control, Sanitization, Office Fabric, Indoor plants, Office boy, security guards and Drivers
Responsible for all cleaning and housekeeping duties on your designated site, monitoring levels of cleanliness and making sum standards are high.
Co-ordinate with the Facilities Manager on site to make sure cleaning rotations are as per the contract requirements.
Responsible for supervising the cleaners, monitoring their work, and making sure they complete their work on time.
Ensure all staff are using the right equipment for each job and that products and equipment are
used as per the instruction manual for use and chemicals are used economically.
Ensure your teams know how to use all the equipment and have had adequate training with the machines and specialist chemicals.
Ensure your team is well presented in smart, clean uniforms always. Carry out, to the best of your ability, any task given to you.
Develop, lead, motivate and inspire a professional team of Housekeepers, Security Guard and Drivers enabling them to meet both personal and business targets. Provide clear operational direction and support to team.
Monitor and evaluate performance levels of employees. Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance Indicators.
Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence.
Demonstrate leadership and management.
Proactively manage and take ownership of issues. Seek equitable and creative solutions to problem.
Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labour law
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to supervise staff in a professional and courteous way to get the most out of them
Attention to details, Flexible, Problem solving, Initiative, Planning and organising, Self-management, Learning, Willingness to learn and positive attitude
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
ability to multitask.
ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Well-groomed and personal Hygiene.
Education and Experience:
Diploma in hotel/ hospitality /BICS certificate or similar is preferred, and desirable.
Total experience 10 to 15 years in Soft Services.
Minimum 5-7 years of soft services supervising experience in Luxurious Hotel, Villas, VIP secured facilities or similar.
