Support Associate - Remote Work

We are looking for a Support Associate to join our team at TJX in a remote work position based out of Dubai. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are hardworking and motivated to learn and grow within our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong creativity and time management skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges - Troubleshoot and resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Reliable internet connection and computer equipment for remote work
