Support Representative - Remote Work

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Support Representative to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Meet and exceed customer service quality and productivity goals. 7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 7. Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
