Job Description - Telesales Executive

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive who will be responsible for getting in touch with prospects through phone/sms/whatsapp in order to help them with a one stop solution approach to their car purchase process through added value services such as insurance, auto loan, extended warranty, inspection, bank evaluation, etc.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales
  • Prospecting customers using various sources from cold, warm, and hot leads
  • Qualify prospects against product, service, and company’s requirements
  • To ensure service level satisfaction of all individual clients across the board when it comes to vehicle purchases
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Communicate with the prospects over the phone maintaining the level of communication as in a Face to face interaction
  • Steer/direct the prospects by asking the right questions
  • Convince the prospect to `purchase` added value service products over the phone
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • High school or Diploma
  • Knows how to handle objections/refusals
  • Warm up-opening-presentation-deal closure process knowledge
  • Knowledge about UAE auto market
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to close deals
  • Tactful, intelligent, and improvising skills to handle client’s objections in any way.
  • Maintain a high number of daily calls and daily closures.
  • Aggressive follow up skills to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome out of all sales interactions.
  • Confident
  • Self starter/go getter
  • 2+ years in telesales/acquisition
  • Basic requirements about motor insurance and auto loans.
  • A fast paced, high performing team
