The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting sales targets for the organization
• Assigning tasks to telemarketers to achieve sales objectives
• Communicating with customers via cold calling and email marketing
• Explaining products and services to customers
• Writing scripts with all information required to understand the products
• Generating leads for outside sales teams

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Telesales role, ideally within the Education industry.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• Experience in Tele sales or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Proficient in English in order to effectively liaise with the stakeholders in the region
• Location: Work from Office
• Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month + Incentives
• Education: MBA (Preferred)
• Experience: Sales Executive: 6 months - 1 year (Preferred)
