Responsibilities
• Provide tours of the IQIAF area by walking, bicycle, or motorized vehicle • Research and stay up to date on the history and cultural points of interests • Develop itineraries for educational and fun tours • Collaborate with the team in order to create desired outcomes for tourists • Comply with local regulations, safety protocols and transportation laws • Create and execute safety protocols and processes to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience • Engage visitors by providing educational and entertaining facts and stories about the area
Requirements
• Proven previous tour guiding experience • Knowledge of the local area and its historical background • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Punctual with a strong attention to detail • Flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Passion for meeting and exceeding customer service expectations • Ability to work evenings and weekends, if necessary • Valid driver’s license
