We are looking for a fulltime VVIP Cabin Services Manager already residing in Abu Dhabi / Dubai UAE to perform managerial duties and lead a team of Cabin Attendants with 7 days OFF a month and five weeks vacation a year (nonrotational).
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the CCM team with ongoing coaching and training as necessary.
- Assist and support new joiners in the transition from Commercial Business Class to Corporate Aviation.
- Rostering / HR and Leadership supporting and coordination.
- Generate weekly / monthly / annual reports on Cabin related matters.
- Set cabin service standards.
- Training crew members accordingly.
- Conduct quality control and line check flights.
- Recruiting / management and leadership of crew members.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience with leading and managing a team (A Must)
- 5 Years VVIP / Corporate Aviation Experience and Middle Eastern Experiment (A Must)
- Strong business acumen and judgement skills with selfmotivation for continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and implement processes update manuals and procedures and perform administrative duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an exceptional command of written and spoken English.
- High energy with an excellent work ethic with a cando approach and attitude.
- Extensive experience in the highest standard of customer and meal service.
- Advantageous Hotel Management / Hospitality
- Pleasant appearance outgoing and with a cheerful personality.
- Independent flexible team player and a reliable employee.
- Exceptional etiquette principles and values.
