Marsh & McLennan is seeking a passionate and confident Web Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time remote work opportunity at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
**Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional customer service through web chat interactions - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address customer needs - Conduct research to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in web chat support
