As the Web Chat Manager at iHeartMedia, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing our web chat platform to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform for customer support and engagement - Monitor chat activity and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor chat agents to maintain quality customer interactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web chat into overall customer support processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat technology - Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of the web chat platform
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support or related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Passionate about digital communication and customer experience - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
