Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Level 3 Communications is looking for a motivated and independent Web Chat Officer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer support and sales assistance through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through the web chat platform - Assist customers with product or service related questions - Handle sales inquiries and guide customers through the purchasing process - Conduct research as needed to provide accurate information to customers - Use negotiation skills to resolve any customer issues or complaints - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and drive sales - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Adaptable to different situations and able to work independently - Excellent negotiation skills and ability to problem solve effectively - Proficient in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills - Ability to conduct research and provide accurate information in a timely manner
